Sí. No necesitás ser residente ni ciudadano. Cualquier persona en el mundo puede ser miembro de una LLC in EE.UU. Nos encargamos de todo 100% remotamente desde tu país.
¿Qué es el EIN y para qué lo necesito?+
El EIN es el número de identificación fiscal de tu empresa ante el IRS. Es indispensable para abrir cuentas bancarias, usar Stripe, PayPal, recibir pagos y cumplir obligaciones fiscales.
¿Qué es el ITIN y en qué se diferencia del EIN?+
El EIN es el número fiscal de tu empresa (LLC). El ITIN es tu número fiscal personal como individuo no residente. Lo necesitás si tenés ingresos en EE.UU. que debés declarar personalmente ante el IRS.
¿Cuánto tarda el proceso de formación?+
Entre 3 y 7 días hábiles dependiendo del estado. Delaware suele ser más ágil (1–3 días). Te mantenemos informado en cada etapa del proceso.
¿Qué estado es mejor para mi LLC?+
Depende de tu negocio. Florida es ideal para latinoamericanos con facilidad bancaria. Wyoming es mejor para privacidad y costos bajos. Delaware es el estándar para startups. Hacé el diagnóstico y te orientamos.
¿Puedo abrir una cuenta bancaria siendo no residente?+
Sí. Con tu LLC, EIN y Operating Agreement podés abrir cuentas en Mercury, Wise Business o Relay. Te incluimos una guía de apertura bancaria con el paquete Complete.
¿Qué es el Registered Agent?+
Es la persona o empresa designada para recibir notificaciones legales del estado en nombre de tu LLC. Es un requisito legal en todos los estados. Sin él, tu LLC no puede operar legalmente.
¿Necesito contratar un abogado para abrir una LLC?+
No. Clearway to US gestiona los trámites administrativos de formación. No somos abogados y no brindamos asesoría legal. Para consultas jurídicas específicas, te orientamos a profesionales habilitados.
